Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grades

Welcome to Physical Education!

 We meet twice each week participating in a variety of activities.

Some of the goals of our program are:

   Learn basic skills necessary to enjoy a variety of physical activities
   Participate regularly in physical activities both in school and out
  Value physical activity and proper nutrition and their contribution to a healthy lifestyle
   Know the benefits of involvement in physical activities

Guidelines for Your Successful Participation

Show respect to yourself, to others, and to our equipment
Sneakers/athletic shoes are required for safe play
Listen carefully and follow directions
Be willing to meet new friends
Be willing to try new things
Always try your best
Be a good sport

Some Thoughts to Keep in Mind...
Remember, you need to wear your gym shoes in order to participate in class.

Please put your name in your sweatshirt. If you forget your sweatshirt in the gym after class, it is much easier to return it to you if your name is in it.
