We meet twice each week participating in a variety of activities.
Some of the goals of our program are:
Learn basic skills necessary
to enjoy a variety of physical activities
Participate regularly in physical
activities both in school and out
Value physical activity and proper
nutrition and their contribution to a healthy lifestyle

Sneakers/athletic shoes are required for
safe play

Mind...
Remember, you need to wear your gym shoes
in order to participate in class.
Please put your name in your sweatshirt. If you forget your sweatshirt in the gym after class, it is much easier to return it to you if your name is in it.
