We meet
twice each week.
Some of the goals of our program are:
Value physical activity and proper nutrition
and their contribution to a healthy lifestyle
Improve each individualís level of fitness,
balance, agility, and flexibility
Learn the skills necessary to enjoy a variety
of physical activities
Participate regularly in physical activities
both in school and out
Learn methods of problem solving and conflict

Some Thoughts to Keep in Mind
Remember, you need to wear your gym shoes in order to participate in class.
Please put your name in your sweatshirt. If you forget your sweatshirt in the gym after class, it is much easier to return it to you if your name is in it.
