Welcome to Physical Education!
We meet three times each week.
Some goals of our program are:
Develop an appreciation for lifelong activity
and fitness
Learn rules, courtesies, and skills for
a variety of team and individual activities
Develop a basic understanding of skills
and techniques through fitness activities
Develop an awareness and respect for individual
differences
Improve each individual's level of fitness,
balance, agility, and flexibility
Participate regularly in physical activities
both in school and out
Learn methods of problem solving and conflict
resolution
Exhibit sportsmanship and fair play
Develop teamwork skills

Sneakers/athletic shoes and phy ed clothes
(shorts or athletic pants and a T-shirt)
are required for participation
